DELIVERY & RETURNS 

Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland

All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. For orders placed after 1pm on Friday dispatch will not be until the following Monday. Please allow between 3-5 days for delivery. Standard postage and packing is £4.95, however orders of £200 or over are delivered free of charge. Next day delivery is available for a charge of £9.95 but orders must be placed by 12 noon for delivery the next day.

Please note that orders that have heavier items eg. bedspreads will require a signature on delivery. 

Delivery to EU countries

A standard rate of £15 is applied to all EU orders. 

Delivery to USA

Deliveries to the USA are worked out on a weight based charge, and this will appear on the shipping page during checkout. Small, light items will be shipped by Royal Mail first class post, and heavy items will be shipped by UPS.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase then please return the goods to us within 28 days and include the completed returns form in your package - if you do not do this we will be unable to process your return. Returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Use the self-adhesive return address label supplied on your delivery note and place it on your package. It is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage or Recorded Delivery, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. Once we receive your return you will be credited within one week. Please note that refunds on shipping costs only apply if faulty goods have been received.

Replacements

If your order arrives faulty or damaged we will replace your goods, all we ask is that you follow the Returns policy. You will need to mark your reason for return on the despatch form as ‘faulty’ or ‘damaged’. On receipt of your return we will despatch a replacement to you, if required. Alternatively we will provide you with a full refund if you do not wish to replace the goods.
