 All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. Please allow between 3-5 days for delivery. Standard postage and packing is £4.95, however orders of £200 or over are delivered free of charge within the UK and Northern Ireland. Next day delivery is available for a charge of £9.95 but orders must be placed by 12 noon for delivery the next day. Please note that orders over £100 will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries to EU countries are £15. Currently we are not exporting to countries outside the EU. ReturnsIf you are not happy with your purchase then please return the goods to us within 28 days and include the completed returns form in your package - if you do not do this we will be unable to process your return. Returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Use the self-adhesive return address label supplied on your delivery note and place it on your package. It is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage or Recorded Delivery, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. If your order has already been despatched you will need to follow the Returns policy, as above, when you receive your delivery. ReplacementsIf your order arrives faulty or damaged we will replace your goods, all we ask is that you follow the Returns policy. You will need to mark your reason for return on the despatch form as ‘faulty’ or ‘damaged’. On receipt of your return we will despatch a replacement to you, if required. Alternatively we will provide you with a full refund if you do not wish to replace the goods. |
